Looking for the ultimate .22 scope

Any ideas???

Here are my criteria:
Light and compact as possible
large objective for low light
Maginification to at least 7X and down to about 2X
Price under $200

I currently have a Simmons 3-9X32 designed for a .22 mag, it is ok but not great in low light and the eye relief isn't quite in my comfort zone.

I've got a Bushnell Elite 3200 2-7x32mm on my heavy barrelled 10/22 it works great in a leopold base with thier super low rings. Retails for about $225. It's not a 22 scope but I haven't had any parallax issues.

I just bought an FX1 4x28 but they have larger. Great piece of glass, a little more than your budget but worth the extra.
