,I am looking for Trijicon night sights for my H&K USP 45 . OR Tritium night sights . can`t find any one who has them in Alberta . I hope some one can help me out . thanks in advance Joe Lafortune CD
Try Cals sporting armory. do a web search. OR do what I did, and get a really good set from Ameriglo. Just make sure they ship via USPS, NOT UPS. Tell him it is coming to Canada. You may want to remove the front sight first, and record the number or letter under it. Most HKs are sent from the factory with a low POI. (you cover what you want to shoot with the front sight). Get a slightly shorter front sight, to raise your POI.
I have Mepro and Ameriglo. I think AMeriglo have more options, are better priced, and the white ring around the tritium is "cleaner", or brighter. On my first pistol, i have front and rear fixed Ameriglo sights. On my Custom sport, I have rear adjustable Mepro's, and an Ameriglo front Tactical/ Tall sight. You need to use a higher front sight to match up with rear adjustable.
Generally speaking you will find MUCH better deals online than from any store. A lot of Ebay sellers sell nigh sights. Otherwise sites such as hkpro.com and glocktalk.com have big classifieds sections.
Doing it this way will usually save you around $40-50.
