Looking for whats out there in 223 bolt actions (Left Hand)

As usual I could really use some suggestions from my fellow gun owners as to what they might recommend for a 223 sharp shooting rifle , keep in mind I am left handed even though I shot right handed in the military but it didn't stick. It needs to be 223 as I have several thousand rounds of 223 and figure why not, lol. The requirements are only just this

Well built, doesn't have to be pretty

Bull Barrel preferred and left handed

preferably under 1300.00

Stainless would be nice but doesn't have to be.

Weight isn't a factor, I cant walk very well so I mostly hunt coyotes so I sit allot.

Anyways I am sorry if I ramble I am just curious as to your opinions as I haven't used many bolt actions or had much.

All the manufacturers make them. Likely be a special order thing though. No big deal really, except you should expect to pay up front and, if your local gun shop's supplier doesn't have one in stock, wait for it.
 
Tikka, had Remingtons, Savage as well and they all shoot very well but the Tikka and Sako actions are much smoother.
