I have similar issue: emailed and had no response so far. I was just off the phone with some "nice" person who just hung up on me before I was able to get all information from him. Is it how you do business or it was just a phone glitch?

This is why I usually order by fax. Takes a couple of extra days while it filters to the top of the pile, but I know that they got it.
