Hey everyone, I am looking to buy a Mauser K98.Preferably made within the days when W.W.ll was going on.Got family members who served and sacrificed their lives for the homeland.It would be my way of thanking them buy purchasing a rifle they used.

Have a look at Tradeex's site as well as Marstar. Many Mausers are starting to come into Canada. My Mauser is WWI / WWII issue in 6.5 X 55 and it shoots like new (doesn't look to beaten up either). Sorry, but mine is not for sale at this time.
You can find some on the EE, if someone out there gets wind of another shipment coming in you could wait for that, but I think they may all be import marked now(???) I saw a batch of mosins that were at least.
Putting up a wtb ad in the EE would be one step, alternatively, waiting for some to come on would be just as good idea to get an idea about prices, quality etc. There were a fair number at a shop in Manitoba a while back, so you may be able to dig some up locally.

I will second Jean and P&S. I got my K98 from them and it is awesome. They are all Russian Conversions, but the numbers usually match, except for added EPenciling. He also has some with the German markings still intact.
