Up the 400 to Alliston. (South of Barrie)
The ORA conducts a full shooting program there. Something for everyone.
The CQB stress accuracy (the bull is about the size of a business card) and speed. By speed, I mean you have to shoot and change mags within a time limit. Most of us shoot the AR because it changes mags faster than other rifles.
A day of CQB needs about 200 rounds of rifle ammo and about 40 of pistol. Lots of shooting!
In the first video you see us advancing 5 yards at a time and shooting 2 shots at each target. The mag holds 5, so we have to change mags in the middle of some shoots.
Also, the scope sits 2.3" above the bore, so if the rifle is zeroed at 25 yards, it shoots a bit high at 30 yards, and shoots lower and lower as we advance. At 10 yards I aim an inch high.
