Looking to find value of inherited shotguns

Hi folks,

A cousin of mine has inherited a few firearms and wants to know the value for insurance purposes.

1. Browning Citori 753 12g Grade 1 made in japan in1994 with leather case, Has some minor marks on buttstock. 28" barrel and uses investor plus chokes.

2. Remington Sportsman 58 12g. 29 inch barrel as measured. in very good condition with engraving of GSPs

3 Remington model 12 with some kind of variable choke doohickey on the end. 26" barrel (as measured) In good condition

Condition described in detail.
Barrel length, chokes, stock length, alterations, pad?

I assume the Citori has invector plus chokes? $1500-$1600ish I would say, unless the case is crazy nice then maybe a bit more.

I just bought an excellent 1997 Citori Lightning Sporting with really nice wood (way better than Grade 1 should be) with original box and paperwork for $1700.

nope, just want to value them for him for insurance as stated...

I know very little about sporting shotguns, which is why I have come here for help.

I don't usually enter into these valuations because often the owner has high hopes and is looking to have them validated. For insurance purposes I would say $350 for the semi, $275 for the pump, $1500 for the field Citori. So $2125 +/- 20%.

That sounds about right. The Remington Model 12 is actually a Winchester Model 12 but that won't effect the value that much. There's nothing remarkable about any of them.

I think that the bluing loss and stock finish loss on the Citori reduces it's value significantly - perhaps about $1000, the case $150.
Value on the Winchester Model 12 and Remington Sportsman 58 are in the ballpark.
