I've had an interest in firearms for a while. Shot up (sorry for the pun) when my bro went into the reserves for a while. Peaked more recently when his fire team partner began suggesting it to me (points at Grunt21).:evil:

Got no guns yet, but if there's anyone out there in Winnipeg that would be able to help educate me and help me get in to it, please let me know. I'm also interested in hunting (well I got fishing down, so why not take the next step, eh?).

Welcome aboard jmhoffer! First things first, you got your Canada Firearms Safety Course Restricted/Non-Restricted under your belt or set up yet? If so, then good, if not, then some of the CGNers in The 'Peg will be along shortly!

No, no license yet. Gotta go get that. I also may have a tough time getting it, because of a few medical issues I have. I'll talk to someone in Winnipeg about it.
