Looking to get my T3x Cabela's Can. Edition a new stock - Bell&Carlson or Grayboe?

Hi,

As title says, i'm looking to get a new stock for my T3x. Mostly used for hunting and then some range time. Grayboe are now making their Terrain for T3X inlet, but can't find any of them in Canada and seems a bit more expensive.

Bell&Carlson Sporter are more available here and about the same canadian price as the USD prices on Grayboe. Are Bell&Carlson a true drop-in solution? Do they need bedding or glass works? Do they worth it?

Finally, I always like the idea of accuracy international magazines. But for that all around rifle, do you think I would regret to get an AI bottom metal? Should I stay with factory 3 to 5 rounds plastic mag?

Thank you!

The Grayboe is the better quality stock, but the B&C are decent for the price. The B&C is a drop in, with a recoil lug built into the bedding block. Avoid the mdt lss, too light and flimsy for a hunting rifle, and unpleasant to shoot in a larger capacity cartridge.

Depending how much you want to spend I would go McMillan Game Hunter in carbon fiber. I would keep the factory BM if it is a hunting gun. Also if you go Mcmillan or Manners expect a 6 month wait. Stocky's is another option. They have some reasonably priced stocks. Skies the limit, really depends on budget and what the gun will be used for.

The Bell and Carlson comes with checkering whereas the Greyboe doesn't. I prefer the grip that checkering offers.
