I'm pretty sure they are prohib. due to a technicality by the RCMP. Some thing to do with it being too close to the MP5. Do a search for the GSG-5 on this forum for the whole story or go to Blueline sports, I think there called, they were trying to import it and the have a message about it on their website.

OMFG, this is asked at least once a week.

IT IS PROHIBITED. Just buy a Colt M4 .22 once they get here. Hopefully the GSG5 will be reclassified someday.
