looking to replace my front sight. SAM 1911

The stock sight blade is .152 high from the top of the dovetail. I'd like to get a slightly higher one as it shoots a little high right now. Fibre optic would be great, looking for any recommendations from anyone who's done it already. Width of the dovetail seems to be .305 at the bottom as best I can measure.
