Probably not allowed across the border because was in the same room as some mercury at some point. Same reason why we aren't seeing a lot of the 7.62x54r that was so prevalent a few years ago.

Amusing that while the whole "protect everyone from mercury" border initiative is happening there are massive tailings ponds all across the country leeching into the water supply... cus you know, mercury fulminate primers are way way worse than that...

We cant think like that Deltasilver! M44, how did you like it? Accuracy, reliability, feeding etc? If it got in to montreal, then other dealers should be able to get it in too.

I acquired these (4 boxes) from a gun show. I only shot a box so far and i am impressed with the accuracy and the consistency of this ammo. From my own personal view it is far superior than the Czech M43. I am saving the rest for the raining day.
