I tried searching but I could not find anything on the subject. My Knoxx Spec Ops stock for my 870 is loose right where it meets the receiver. I bought the stock on the shotgun so I have no idea how these things come apart. Is this something that is going to happen repeatedly, will some loctite help with this problem?

ya buddy a friend put my knoxx stock on my shotgun for me and it.s come loose also . well mister fix it did;nt read the instructions and it says put some blue locktite on the bolt that screws into the reciever . you need an hex key - allen key . make sure you use a quality key so you don;t strip it and I;m going to take the bolt out and clean mine so there;s no oil on it to screw up the locktite.

Get a 3\16" ball end Allen wrench and stick it on the hole by the LOP adjustment button. Take the stock off and place one drop of blue Loc-Tite on the threads of the bolt and replace the stock. It should be good until you decide to remove it which will take a bit of effort but nothing serious unless you use too much Loc-Tite. Using too much can lead to some frustrating times
