Saw a thread on another gun site about this and was wondering if it is a common problem with this gun? I haven't seen anything about it in any other reviews on the gun. I have a blue 22/45 lite on order. Coincidentally a guy at our local club mentioned he had one with loose pins when I told him I was getting one. Hope it's not common.

What are these pins you're referring to?….
Is it the pin on the rear adj sight sliding out after a few rounds? Pull it out and give is a "slight" bend(using two pliers) then punch it back in….voila!
You're welcome and enjoy.

i know my Gold 22/45 Lite the top rail was coming loose all the time so i gave each a dab of purple lock tight and problem solved.
my dad just picked up a Black 22/45 Lite and he had the exact same problem - purple lock tight to the rescue!

wait we talking about pins?
i have no idea about pins, ive got a couple thousand rounds through mine and nothing is loose.

Yes it was the pins that hold the trigger and stuff in. They have indents for the springs to catch on .... didn't think they would be that loose.

I recently purchased a 22/45 target and other than the factory belt sanded trigger guard (you'll love the way it looks ) everything has been great. I wouldn't worry about it too much.
