So this is how it goes. There are 50 Loot Boxes valued at between 300-320 dooooollars for only $249.99. Pretty neato right? Well it gets way mo betta cuz 1 out of the 50 will receive a firearm valued at 1200 dooooollars or moar! (generally more). Link below to purchase!

No purchase necessary. Contest ends on 09/10/2019 or once there are no more contest boxes, whichever occurs first. All prize claims must be redeemed by 09/12/2019. For no purchase entry, send a postage paid, self-addressed stamped envelope to Wanstalls ATTN Events Depo 22338 Lougheed Hwy, Maple Ridge, BC, V2X2T4, which must be postmarked by 09/01/2019 and received by 09/09/2019. Only open to residents of Canada. Void where prohibited. Prizes are regionally distributed across Canada: 1x Firearm Valued at aprox $1200.00 odds at outset 1 in 50. How does the "no purchase necessary to enter" work if one of the boxes has the prize? Do the initial 50 boxes go into a draw after Sept 9th along with additional entries?

Just curious. And I commend you for having the option, some retailers don't bother even though its a legal obligation under the BC Lottery Act.
 
Does "no purchase necessary to enter" mean we don't need to buy any of these boxes and just mail a Self address, prepaid empty letter to you?
 
I got in on round 2 and my box contained a nice range bag, sling, bore cleaner, buck knife, a manual bore sight, a set of range glasses, CZ shadow cleaning mat, and a few other little things that I probably forgot. Pretty sweet deal, I'm probably going to get in on this one as well and if i get any duplicates maybe make a care package for my brothers birthday haha.

As far as I know, the "contest" has to be free in a sense. You purchase a box and with that purchase comes a free entry into this draw. Reason being that if you pay for the entry specifically in to the draw then it becomes a lottery and a swath of gaming commissions become involved. Buy box for X$ and you get free entry= no purchase nessesary. Ya dig??

Got a $300 monocular. Yup, that's it - thought the box was empty when I picked it up. Do I need a monocular? Nope. I knew the game and played it willingly but, on reflection, it's like giving somebody $250 and telling them to go into the Canadian Tire and buy you some "tools". Maybe you get something you need and can use but the odds are that you get some random stuff you don't need.

Well at least it's a $300 monocular. You can always sell it and buy a round 3 box. Let it ride baby, let it ride! :)
