I find the lop to be a little to short for my liking. Im trying to keep my 858 as close to original so the but stays for now. Does anyone have recommendations or ideas for a new thicker rubber but pad?

Why keep it stock? There's lots of aftermarket options that are more flexible!
There is a #### load options to put on my 858, you are correct. However almost 95% of them is to tacticool it up. Since 99% of my rifles have plastic on them as most are black or reds that I have kitted up, I want to keep one with wood.

Now finding a new wood set for my CZ is challenging. I found a couple of places in the states that sell wood kits however they are way over the 100$ limit to ship to here. There are a couple available here to buy but I find they don't appeal to me.

Try squaring up to the target with your stance.
Pushups might help as well.... :)
lol push ups, creatine and some steroids might just work :)

Seriously though if you turn your stance to be more square with the target it will push the gun forward and give you what you are looking for!
It feels a bit strange at first, but I've since found that I prefer the more squared stance and the way it transfers recoil to my body.

my folding was a little short for me i just weld 2x 1/4-20 nut on the sotck and bolt on it some rubber pad , not the most beautiful solution but it cheap and it work !

+1 on squaring stance. I'm 6'2" and squaring my stance helped big time and after a few shoots it feels natural. I went from original folder to an adjustable m4 stock and went back to original folder.
I'd like to try the one corwin arms has unfortunately they are sold out

I just welded in a chunk of stock to make it longer. Should have just used a piece of keystock since I covered it with parachord anyways.Tried the stance change but old habits die hard. Also found a slip on AK folding stock recoil pad that works great. Just doesn't fold flat as well as stock.
