Lorenz rifle sight

HI,
I'm in the process of getting a replacement barrel for a 1854 Lorenz JägerStutzen M1854 B, but I'm trying to find the correct rear sight sight. Any of them hiding out there? Any idea of who might make a modern replacement?

Track of the Wolf has a pretty good selection but I'm not familiar with this particular case. Sounds like a tricky part to find.

Ther are like 12 versions of this rifle and a bunch of “correct” rear sights. But trying to find the correct one, yah that is proving interesting. Tracking the wolf has a bunch of nice sites but not the correct one.

Try ssfirearms out of N.Y. They have some parts, but you may have to call them for that piece?

Have you seen capandball on Youtube? He is shooting an original Lorenz in one of his movies - perhaps the sight that he has on that will be similar to at least one that is available from TOTW, or even Dixie Gun works? Just a thought. Pedersoli have recently starting making a replica, so there MIGHT be replacement sights out there, IF you find that it will be suitable. It's at least worth asking Pedersoli if they can supply the part.

Rifle Shoppe has some pretty exotic stuff.... moreso than TOTW.
