not sure if this posted elsewhere.


On Monday morning, January 4, 2010, Norm left home to go hunting. He has since been reported missing and searches are underway to locate him. The initial search area has been expanded to include the Lloydminster area.

Norm was driving a 2002 white Ford four-door pickup truck with Alberta License Plate No. BEF 664. In the front license plate holder there is a Philadelphia Flyers emblem.

Please be on the look out for Norm and his truck. He was last seen wearing a navy blue jacket and blue jeans.

The RCMP is requesting the public’s assistance. If you see Norm, his truck or you have further information you are asked to call the Lloydminster RCMP detachment at (306) 825-6350.

Your support is greatly appreciated. We are extremely hopeful for a safe return and our thoughts and prayers are with Norm and his family.

Ken07AOVette has been searching for a couple of days, and there is going to be a gathering of searchers at the Paradise Valley Fire Hall at 10 AM today.
If you can make it, super, if you can't please pray for him and his family.

Well, no luck today. Had about 30 searchers out today - Thanks for coming folks - but no joy.
Sounds like there are crews going out tomorrow. Some are going to the S.E. of Lloyminster, south of Marshall, Sask.
There was a plane out with the family today, from what I was told.

The weather is going to finally warm up tomorrow morning .
