I lost my wallet a few months ago (back in November '08) which unfortunately also had my PAL in it. To make a long story short, I called the police and the CFO to report the loss, and submitted the forms and such to be issued a replacement. It's now almost 4 months later and my licence still hasn't shown up.
I actually ended up recovering my wallet in the meantime which had my PAL still in it and I've just been using that in the meantime, but it's not in the best shape. Legible, just with a crease in it from being run over by a car (or whatever happened to it while my wallet sat in a parking lot for two weeks).
So I have a functioning licence, but every few weeks I remember I'm supposed to be getting a new one and it's still not here. Should I just call the CFC up or is such a long wait time normal just to be issued a replacement?
