Lost Screw Dammit! Magpul AFG-1

Lost the screw that secures the Magpul AFG-1 to a pic rail.

Anyone know what kind of screw this is, if I can get something to replace it at the hardware store?

Had the same problem too. All I did was bring the damn thing to a canadian tire and try out different screws and see which one fit and bought said screw.

LOL... Yea just bring it to the hardware store, I've done this for a few items already...they're usually just machine screws, just make sure for the AFG, you use a screw with a flat base so it sits flush. I think, you'll just have issues finding a black screw to match the other screws.

Try CGS. Only nuts at CGN.

Look up a fastener supply company, preferably someone who supplies the public. They should have a thread pattern gauge thingy and that should really give you all the info you need. They will probably have the bolt you need too.

If you find that bolt, buy a bunch and list them as "Magpul AFG Bolts" and sell them for 10x what you paid on the EE or ebay

Now to get the ATT to get the AR to the store to try screws.

I'm not a huge fan of Rona but they have an excellent selection. If you are in Calgary ....Calgary fasteners is excelent as well (South store )

I've had the best luck at HD. Forget Lowe's, and Rona around here went out of business.
