Hmm, it looks like you already have access to the Equipment Exchange. When you say "PM" do you mean Private Message, where you click on their name and select "Private Message" or are you trying to reply to a post?

Nobody except the person who created the ad can post on that thread, everyone else has to click on their name and send a private message.
