The Jungle Carbine has always been my favorite Lee Enfield. A short while ago, I lucked into two from a buddy, these being the 3rd and 4th JC's that I've ever owned. One of this recent two belonged to my buddys Father, it's in 'very' nice shape, has the original sling and I also happened into a bayonet for it from a guy on site.

The second belonged to my buddy and has a Bishop butt stock, although I also have the original. Just for a bit of paper punching load testing I picked up a scope mount set-up from Brownells and put a Bushnell 3-9 Buckhorn on it.
Like Bongobob, I was pleasantly suprised with my first results the other day. Reloading up some military 174gr FMJ's that had been pulled from military ammo, this was the result.
I've posted this 'stuff' elsewhere, but again,
