There seems to be a great deal of variation in book loads for the 375 Ruger.

I see what appear to be 'good' loads using everything from faster powders like H380 and 4895 through Varget and up to slower powders like 4350 and even 4831??? Powder charges vary of course... from the low 70's to the mid 80's in grains of powder.

About the only commonality I see in the data is RL15... of which I have none LOL.

What's the deal here... what are YOUR loads for the 375 Ruger?

Are you talking about start/max load charges varying from one book to another? The data was found using a specific rifle, primer, case, bullet, etc. Changing those variables changes pressures so each publication found different pressures with different combinations. Just play it safe by starting around the lowest starting load and work up watching for pressure signs with your rifle/components. Unless you meant something else?

I wasn't referring to big variations in charge weights, but rather the awfully wide spread of viable powders.

Anybody have a pet load for Gatehouse's "New KING of the 375's"?
