What that I do but I also pop their legs off, they are really good fried in butter like little delicious chicken wings

Yeah you’ll get fined in Ontario if you just keep the breasts, best to clean at home

I clean them like seen in the pic as I shoot them, leaving the guts where they die. But I also take off the legs, they cook up really tender. In this pic there are 3 spruce and 1 ruffled

Had a couple come off a grouse and onto my arm while I was cleaning it just last week in Sudbury area of Ontario. First for me and wasn’t a fan of them

We found them on birds near the Watershed.
