Lousy screw on crapy Norc sight

well originaly I bought into the hype, after a bad norc I kept hope alive and bought a second one. Even my 'good one" that I have sunk over $800 in parts into is in need of an overhaul... again. . when I got it it put out a solid 2-2.5 moa. as I shot it it widdened out to over 10 inches. I dropped a lot of money on parts and spent a good deal of time tuning it, and it gave me 3 inch groupings at the begging of the day when I took it out to the range, and 100 rounds latter it was out past the 8 inch mark with off papper wingers. The bolt is compressing, it used to have a head spacing 4 thousands of an inch over spec, it is now 12 thousands of an inch longer then spec. With only 300 rounds down the tube its becoming very unsafe, and thats what my last one did too.
Just to get it in a sellable state I now need to drop another $600 ($750 through armtac) on a bolt and barrel. I will just tag them on to my LRB order I geuss.

Is that .012" over Field, No-Go or Go. SAAMI or NATO?? You are saying the bolt itself has peened .008" on 300 rounds of use? No accompanying wear or peening on the receiver lugs themselves?

Can you post pictures of this bolt,... both lugs. I'm curious if it was supported evenly on both lugs from the start. This sounds like a classic one lug bearing all the recoil and causing rearward and sideways migration on firing not all supportive to repeatability.

This is head spacing on a full leangth resize, it brings it into spec, more inportantly it brings it .003 under what my tikkas head space is

When I first checked the norcs head space after firing my first 200 rounds It read .004" on my gauge, when i bought this gun I made sure both lugs made contact before it left the store, I did the old marker test to ensure even ware on both lugs.

Uhhh...
Thoose locking lugs don't look like they are engauging with the same amount on both side's or is it me?
 
what was the round count when it needed its first over haul? I installed a usgi bolt at about 950 rnds, not because it needed it, but because i wanted. the old one is most likely in use by now I assume. Hungry took it off my hands. Ive got about 1060 rnds through mine now, and like i said, no big concerns with wear. Got any pics of your bolt lugs peaning ? I would really like to see it, always cool to see new failures. I have never had my groups open up THAT much either. Things go for a :bigHug::bigHug::bigHug::bigHug: when i get it warm, but I take half the blame myself, Im not the best shot. Realy interested to see some photo's if your turd soft bolt.
 
wow, so she went for a compleat :bigHug::bigHug::bigHug::bigHug: after 300 rounds? thats odd. Would love to see some pics of the parts. Ive been saving the brass for my rifle since the day i got it. After re counting to figure out what supplys I need to reload, i know for sure its got 1060 rounds through it with no such issues. Maybe wang and chung wern't paying attention that day.
