Low end 1-4x 24 mm for a .308 with finger adjustable zero reset turrets ?

So I have been looking at all the 1-4x scopes unsure what to get
Muller - 4moa dot not ideal
Burris- some are on the hi end of what I would like to spend and the bdc Seem hoaky
Hi-luxs- seems ok unsure of quality
Bushnell ar throw down - bdc is for 223 but could live with it
Vortex pst- nice but more than I'm looking to spend
Millet- lack of large zero resetable turrets
Any suggestions to help me make a decision is apreciated

The best among your list for the price is the Hilux, own 4 and all are great scopes... JP.

Hi Lux CMR is very very good.
