low end velocity for Nosler Partition

Any one know where the low end velocity is for proper bullet performance for a Nosler Partition?

Hey thanks. I did look but somehow totally missed it. That is good news cause 1800 happens alot further out then I'd be shooting.

NP bullets apparently have very soft front section, I experimented with them in soaked telephone books down to 1500-1600 fps and still got quite decent expansion.
