Low or Medium Rings for Elite 4200?

I am really close to pulling the trigger and purchasing some Talley Lightweight one-piece rings for my Tikka T3, but I am not sure if I can get away with Low rings. I want to mount my Bushnell Elite 4200 3-9x40 and cover it with Butler Creek Flip open covers........my instinct says medium, but I am unsure

I used high rings. They are more comfortable for me. (also allowed for higher elevation)
