Low pressure 20 ga ammo 2.5 inch available in canada

You might check with Kent for some Gamebore stuff out of the UK. Typically a little higher pressure than RST and a little more punch. But still fine in all of my vintage guns.
the low pressure is not that big a deal i'm more concerned about the length
the gun is a 1913 parker

I am curious as to why you are not looking into handloading 20 gauge 2 1/2 " i know you have the skill and knowledge to produce those shells ?
i sold my 20 ga loader 3 or 4 years ago because my guns were 2 3/4 in
now i have to short chambered 20's
maybe i should look for a lee load all

The Lee works but a 600 Mec will produce better quality ammo. I use Federal and Fiocchi 2 3/4 hulls cut down with a roll crimp if you want to fold crimp you will need a 1/4" spacer for the crimp dies.

They are still open and still producing. I just ordered and they delivered within a week two flats of low pressure 2 1/2" 16ga to a buddy in Tucson that he is bringing up with him for me.

I'm not sure you are aware of this, but your buddy could run seriously afoul of US regulations. They have quite strict export regulations on ammo and don't mess around. I would suggest you and your buddy be extremely careful.

By way of contrast, Canada has quite lenient import rules. So easy to get lulled into complacency if you are only thinking about getting past Canadian border agents.

My friends from the US have brought stuff up for the past 30 years when we get together hunting and never an issue, ever.

That may be true.....until the US authorities check him.
Check them for what? Bringing ammo to shoot while they are hunting in Canada? They are allowed to bring a specified amount each trip and often make multiple trips between spring and fall seasons. Almost all free-lancers do. Pretty much the only visiting US hunters that don't are the ones going with outfitters. If you've ever seen the trunk loads of swag some of these industry pro's bring to the outfitters to hand out you may be in for a big surprise.

Check them for illegally exporting ammunition. I'm not trying to get into a pissing contest. I'm just telling you what the facts are about US law regarding the export of ammo. Maybe your buddies go their whole life without being checked. Good for them.

I don't mind breaking the occasional law. Sometimes they are stupid. But I do like to know when I'm doing it so I can make a risk/reward analysis.
