Hodgdon Perfect Pattern with 7/8 oz of shot, Cheddite primer and Claybuster 3/4 wad is as low at 6600 psi per their online manual (Remington cases) at 1200 fps.

Not sure if you can find Perfect Pattern right now (was available earlier this year), but I like it for 1 oz loads using CB 7/8 wads. Much higher pressure though than the 7/8 oz load noted above, and is very clean burning.

Due to the high density of Perfect Pattern you need to drop down to a wad designed for 1/8 oz less shot (that is actually taller in the crush section) to fill the case to get a flat crimp.

Good luck!

I haven't tried it yet, but am planning a batch of shells loaded with Titegroup. Titegroup is most often marketed as a pistol powder, but Hodgdon has developed 12 gauge data. In fact they apparently think it has been under appreciated by shotgunners, and have started relabelling some Titegroup as "High Gun", so it can be marketed distinctly as a shotshell powder.

Titegroup is among the easiest to find and least expensive powders right now.

A guy at our sunday shoots is loading high gun in the 1050 fps range 1oz loads . He's happy with it now that he's about 500 rnds into the load. works out ok for him and is breaking clays.

I run 17grs 700x claybuster 7/8 oz grey was in rem gun club hulls. Average 1225fps thru various guns. Not sure if the pressure as I've long forgot. I know it wasn't very high. It's the load I use for clays and small game and turkey

High gun and Tightgroup are one in the same when you look at the bushing throw data...identical down to the tenth of a grain. Works great and pretty clean burning too
Cat...I've been using Hi Gun for over a year now...excellent results. Instead of searching for and swapping out wads for perfect stack height...I pop a cherrio or two in the wad cup before the shot drop....amazing crimps. I'll dig out my journal tomorrow when I get back home...share some of my preferred loads with crossover consumables.
