Low temp shotgun oil?

Hey guys, just curious as to what you are using in your semi autos for winter oils? I'm wanting to get my new Benelli SBE2 ready for Feb goose season.

It sounds wonky but I use cold climate power steering fluid from GM/A.C. Delco. Its fully synthetic and costs $12 for a litre...Its designed for -30 type weather, but works great in the summer too...

My #1 rule is no oil at all in winter! For me its the best way to insure 100% reliability.

I use Eezox for a winter lube, smells good to. Just a tiny bit though.

You could try Burkes Gun Oil. The Rangers up north tested it and were very impressed with it in the cold temps.

Mobil 1 synth, you can go with thinner one like 0W-20 if you wish, $10 bottle will last you lifetime

G96 spray simply to ward off rust.

I've run a SBEII on a number of late season hunts including those at -20C. The best lubricate I've used is FP-10.
