Lower mainland gunsmith with the tool to swap Colt Canada IUR/MRR barrels?

Anyone know of a lower mainland/Vancouver area gunsmith with the tools and expertise to swap Colt Canada IUR/MRR barrels? I understand it's easy, IF you have the specific barrel tool. If it's not too expensive and locally do-able, I'm thinking about swapping an 11.5 MRR barrel into an 15.7 IUR upper and vice-versa. I just like to be different ;-)

Calgary Shooting Centre has the tools & knowhow to do this ...

Give Barry a call at "Bits of Pieces" in Delta.
If anyone in the lower mainland has the tool it will be him. He's done a few things for me in the past and always done a great job and he's a good guy to boot.
