Hi Does anybody know where a guy could find A Lower Reciever Vise Block In Canada?. I can't find any tools for the AR-15 on any sites so far, Would appreciate some help. Also is the LAR-15 10 round mags legal and how the hell did they get around the 5 shot law?.

Since the lower receiver action block is a tool and not a "gun part", Brownells will ship you one as well as any other gunsmithing tool you need.

As for the LAR15 10 rounders - they are a pistol mag and marked as such. A pistol mag can by definition hold a max of 10 rounds. Just because it fits an AR15 doesn't matter. It's what the mag was designed to fit that counts. Standard AR mags are a no-no unless pinned to 5. (and NO) You can't take a dremel and inscribe Pistol Mag on them.
