Flintlock firearms

Other's milage may vary, I have found the the flintlocks sold by MH need to have the lock tuned, frizzen hardened & lock pieces cleaned up, and the touch hole drilled. This work will cost $100+/-. So in the end they will cost about the same. I have owned 1 from each company, LA & MH, and feel that the quality is about the same, but as I said the LA you can shoot right out of the box.

Anyone bought and fired the Loyalist Arms Matchlock Musket, I am very tempted by one of those fine looking Turkey Guns.
