LR Hunting Build - Suggestions

For a mountain rifle both the a3 and the mcmillian are both too heavey I went a3-5 for the 7mm but I think I'll end up at 13 lb
my 6.5 im 9 lb with mcmillian carbon sporter

Like many who have posted here I too am building a long range hunting rig, even though I have no hunting areas that require it lol. I may someday need it though so might as well have one haha. I have a carbon fiber 7mm in a rem varmint contour. I will likely go 280ai, bell and Carlson medalist, stiller or trued up 700 action. I have a ptg bolt that I got on trade so am leaning toward a trued 700 with ptg bolt just to get rid of it. Has the ultra cool and necessary light weight fluting and one piece tac handle as well LOL. Optics will be one of the vortex viper HS offerings, best value for the buck in my opinion.

Here is my long range hunting rig chambered in 7stw benchmark carbon barrel, benchmark action, mcm a3 stock, rifle basix trigger, it now has an HS bottom metal and is wearing a NF SHV 5-20x56, total weight is 10.5lbs and it shoots fantastic. All parts can from Gary at bighorn.
