LTATT Only Valid for 1 Year?

I just received mine and it expires in November of this year ( the same month as my club membership). Do you need to renew these every year? I thought it was good for 5?

From what I remember, clubs have to renew their licenses every 5 years, so it may be just that they are in their fourth year of their current license, meaning that your ATT will only be good for one more year. Fear not, as they renew, they will renew all member's LTATTs and you'll be good to go.

It also could be that perhaps your PAL expires in November

It's up to the club to request how long they want it for which can be a maximum of five years. If they want they can request it for a year, and renew it when they renew your membership. If it is requested for 5 years it will expire either on that date, or whenever your license expires, whichever is earlier. If you don't renew your membership, and you have a valid ATT the club is suppose to cancel it.
