Lubing inside necks necessary?

The only reason that one should consider lube inside case necks is if the expander ball is dragging before exiting the case. This can make it difficult to complete the upstroke of the press and can lead to excessive stretching of cases. You have two options, get a dif. expander ball(same size dif. design) or apply mica(as mentioned) or dry moly powder to inside of case neck(very little) before risizing.

Yes unless you use a collet die, bushing die or have a custom die.

To use that more things need to be "stiff" than the martini.
