Lubing inside of neck for sizing

I dont really measure it. I just add a teaspoon or so, close the lid, and lightly shake. Test it on a case neck. If the graphite seems to "lightly" dust/coat part of the neck, good enough. If you use too much you just make a mess. No harm, no foul.
If you dont use enough, you get more resistence to sizing and especially the expander button. This can cause case runout.
Try it, and you will get a feel for it.

Thank you sir! I'm guessing this would also eliminate the need to tumble the cases again to clean off lubricant?

Yes. I normally just pass a nylon case neck brush through the neck after sizing as well. Then I am done.
To be honest, i almost never tumble my brass except for when its new. A little black on the necks is only cosmetic.

But if you enjoy or preferr really shiny cases, go ahead.
Niether is wrong or right.

I'm glad to help!
