All the times I go out for coyotes I always wanted to do a headshot or two, but when the time comes you dont always have the time to shoot, so I just go for the body shot and put it down.

Spectacular shot!! Even better to clean up the mate too. That is dedication and skill.

In my teens the old man headshot a wolf. Walking up the fur was all intact and perfect minus some tearing around the ear and opposite eye.... the whole way back to the truck I got to listen to a lecture on 'shot placement'!! Your shot is much better.
