Luigi Franchi Shotgun

I am new at this, help!

I was wondering.. I was given a an old

L. A. Luigi Franchi Brescia Shotgun with the 32 inch barrell and it reads Peterborough Guns LTD. on the side.. I dont know the shotgun at all, and sinces it is in a bit of a rough shape, i was thingking about replacing the stock and forend. What kind of information would i need to know if the new Stock and Forend would fit!

I had one of those, awesome gun, looks mil spec. it had a synthetic stock with pistol grip, matte finish, 21 inch barrel, it was the spas 12. Not sure on what your talking on the barrel, may have been replaced or something.
Hope this helps a bit.

It is definately the original barrel, I had it verified last week. It also reads
S. p. A Luigi Franchi Brescia ont he one side.. Thanks Alot
