Check with Mark at Questar I think they have one here in Canada or might now have permit approval for them as there is an FRT number for a commercial version.

From my understanding its not the importing that is the issue this time, its the exporting issues with the DOS in the US. It's considered a non-sporting firearm so no export permit.
