I have a Lyman All-American reloading press and it have no shell holders with it ,will rcbs or lee shell holders work? I'm planning to use it to handload pistol ammo through it ,will I need a shell holders extension? Or should I sell the press off and buy a newer press? Does anybody has some info or input.

Lyman make good products. If you have a shooting buddy (ies) borrow a shell holder from them of the brand they use. Chances are they'll fit, then go out and buy what you require.
