Lyman slug recipes

Folks,
I’m looking for 12ga slug load data for:
-Lyman foster,
-Lyman sabot,
-Lee 1oz

That use Win AA-HS hulls; but do not use Unique or SR4756 for powders.

Either roll or fold crimp is fine.

I’m just looking for alternatives to the Lyman manual.
