I'm very curious what everyone is using for barrel nuts and hand guards. Every barrel nut that I have tried that I have laying around is just a bit too small to be able to tighten up. Did any of you find this issue as well?

Im using the TNA Super MLOK Handguard, I had also a BCM MCMR handguard before. Both barrel nuts were tight to screw on, but was able to screw all the way and torque it to spec. I think it was due a slightly thicker anodizing in the threads, because once removed there were anodizing "dust" in the threads. Also, I have one of the blem uppers, not sure if its important.
