Sorry. Couldn't resist. Yes I have one of Rooster33's operating guides and it definatly smooths the action somewhat. I'm not sure if he's in business still but I got a couple of goodies from him. Very high quality stuff. And no it's not for sale. Try the equipment section someone may have something for you.
 
Marstar is the place for 40$. The lowest price around and they are made in Canada to boot!
They make cycling a LOT smoother and keeps you spring from binding on the cheap original ones.

The cheap original ones that are just like USGI? :D But the mars star ones are a definite upgrade, worth the money.
