M-14 recoil Pad

Anyone know where I can get a proper recoil pad for the M-14? One that will fit that notch in the stock when the butt plate is removed? Hungry must know!!?? SgtRockRules04 don't like his dance,lol!

Anyone try and fit the M14 recoil pad to a new poly stock. I am having some issues

y'know, if one was to follow all the "trends" being suggested here, between muzzle brakes and recoil pads, you'd end up with about the same recoil as a mouse gun-

How thick is that plastic pad? I like the way the original steel plate is thin and keeps the length of the stock down. That pad looks like it might add an inch to the stock length.
