Leapers makes those. The one place I know sells them I wan't recommend (M).

Brownells carries the good ones. The promag and leapers units are often as hard as a hockey puck and give less than satisfactory results. made in the US by John Masen rifle pads ---> Brownells part # 560-153-808WB M14/M1A Recoil Pad

They all add to the length of pull, approximately 1 inch.

Just because it was cheap and available on the way home from the city, https://www.butlercreek.com/en/accessories/recoil-pads/slip-on-recoil-pad .

The large was pretty much a perfect fit, doesn't look all that bad either!
