M-16/AR-15 parts sets

I put my name on the list, just wondering if the parts kit has been alocated already, or do you have ### amount more for those on the waiting list, that is coming with this order, or do we wait till the next coming shipment?

Thanks

Is this still happening ?

Do you ever have anything nice to say ? You make statements and when I question them you simply DO NOT reply....
Once again you rpove your complete lack of knowledge of what is happening, but you just have to say something, you must have a very boring life indeed
John

It seems to be the only way to get a response.
Thanks for the update

Well going into week 8 now & we're still waiting ?
I will immediately forward your objection to the customs authorities in the exporting country.... I have no doubt that will shake them up and we will get our export permit immediately thereafter....

Looks like forwarding that objection worked!!! Nicely done!!!

Hahahaha

Just a heads-up for those who travel to the US:

This parts kit is considered a conversion kit, and as such, is a machine gun in its own right. 10 years, $250k (with the exchange, its even worse but at least there's no HST ;))

Not trying to discourage sales, just trying to discourage people from throwing this in your gun parts box and crossing over to the US with it.

Don't be a ∂ick. It is a fair question. Simultaneously possessing the parts kit AND a lower receiver capable of accepting these parts is constructive possession of a full-auto. If you happen to have a mill, a regular AR-15 receiver is enough for constructive possession. Unless you have a prohib license, its a nasty situation. I for one choose to avoid it. Others won't. That's the beauty of a free market.

thats funny. if you had a mill you could make all the parts from scratch. owning the tools to be able to mill the receiver does not prove intent. there is nothing wrong with owning these parts (or the tools) unless you go out of your way to break the law.

You are correct - merely owning a mill and a billet of aluminum is not the same as owning a firearm.

The beauty of possession laws is the intent factor: good luck trying to suggest that you bought a full-auto parts kit as opposed to the far more readily available and generally less expensive semi-auto lower parts kits and receiver capable of accepting it without intending to make a full-auto firearm. Throw an M16 (full round back end) bolt instead of the AR15 bolt (cut out back end) and you make it easier for the argument of constructive possession.

i understand your train of thought but thats like saying if you buy a shovel and a bag of lime you could be charged with attempted murder.... i think not.

somebody's got his legal panties on a little tight,,LOL..what does it matter what you buy these for,,they are LEGAL to own,,,end of story,,we have enough bull#### stupid laws to deal with without arguing over this ####,,,obviously there's a lot of guys not worried about it...as these will be sold out before the sun goes down,,,like last time,,
