I think Barney/Hungry has some. Search M14 on the EE and Contact him. He also posts under Tactical Teacher as well.
You could try dlask, although I think they might have sold out as well.
If it's not a panic, get chris at armtac to notify you when some come in.
Treelinem14 might be able to help but I fear if Brownells can't ship , it might be restricted for export or manufacturer is not liscenced for export from US.
If anyone talks to treeline, let us know the scoop , I'm gonna be searchin for a GI quality oprod soon as well.

As at 09.11.2013, our Black Arrow op rod spring guide is in stock at $39.95ea. + shipping. The Black Arrow will fit Chinese springs and US GI springs. It is four fluted, nitrided, monolithic (no welds) and weighs 3oz.. Made in Canada.

why would they not ship it to canada?

OP's post was confusing in that he's was asking for an OPROD. Operating Rods or charging rods aren't liscenced for export. OPROD Spring Guide rods? Totally different part.
So ... When you dial up a US retailer and ask for parts, ya gotta get the names of the parts right LOL

Good choice.
Compared to the original guide its freakin massive.
I haven't determined yet wether or not it has improved my accuracy, but just knowing its there makes me walk taller and feej like a MAN.
