M and M hybrid AK could be NR?

someone need to build this or similar on Canadian soil, make necessary changes to differentiate it from AK, just like the modern hunter.
I wondering is it possible to make licensed copies of valmet.
 
I saw that at SHOT in Jan.
I explained that RCMP decisions are made partially by the way it is marketed.
(esp. magazines)
They didnt seem to care much. I suppose if they cannot keep up to US demand, they dont care if they can't sell into Canada.

I paid $450 for my .223 M78, and later on paid a whopping $675 for my .308 M78.





Of course this was early to mid '80's dollars...
 
I would be all over one of those, but like others have said as soon as they liken it to the AK it is prohib for sure.

I wish the 958 was more like that though.

We need a fully modernized VZ58 rifle with full rail setup for modern stocks and modern grips. Just my opinion though... ;)

I agree, the vz would be a lot better if it were more modernized and would be fine with it if we can't get an affordable ak platform rifle.
